Signing up for Binh Dang’s online store is easy. Simply provide us with a valid email address to start the process. You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to complete the process.
Signing in to Binh Dang’s online store is easy. Simply click “Log In & Register” located in the right corner of the top menu bar. Once clicked provide us with your email address and password you created at sign up.
Binh Dang’s online store makes it easy to track your orders. Once logged in you can click “Orders” located in the “My Account” section located on the left side of the side bar. Instantly you have a list of past and recent orders, order numbers, order dates, and order details.
Our system accepts orders without registration. You can easily purchase prints but you need to send your address to our email to confirm the address you want to ship to.
You can easily change your shipping address by sending your current address to our email. In fact, we encourage and request that customers after ordering should send a confirmation of the delivery address to our email at info@binhdang.me or contact +84 96 969 3950 directly.
To cancel an order that has not yet printed or shipped, have your order number available and contact us at +84 96 969 3950 or by emailing info@binhdang.me. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already printed or shipped.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one in your account on Binh Dang’s online store. Thanks for your patience!
If the customer is in Hanoi city, the shipping cost is completely free.
If customers are in other locations within the territory of Vietnam, the shipping cost will be checked through domestic shipping companies and we are responsible for updating to customers as soon as possible to notify the time and costs attached.
If customers are in other countries, shipping costs will also be checked through international shipping companies and we are responsible for updating to customers as soon as possible to notify the time and costs attached.
Delivery of products to foreign countries is not easy and cheap. Therefore, we encourage customers to order products that should stay at Vietnam or have recipients who are staying at locations in Vietnam.
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard. We also accept PayPal and pay through Bank Transfer.
If you pay via Bank Transfer, please include information such as your order number (required) and phone number or email address if possible.
We are confident you will love our products, but sometimes things go wrong. Returns are accepted for any manufacturing faults or defects. However, we are unable to accept returns due to customer error in the order process or a change of mind. We hope you understand. We also accept returns due to transit damage.
